Formerly the Kean Estate, the house sits on the highest point in Livingston. Covering nearly 30,000 square feet, you will see stunning art, modern and eclectic design, along with spectacular living areas, more than a dozen bathrooms, bedrooms, a brand-new ballroom with a Schonbek Chandelier, a basement featuring a bowling alley and many more surprises. Guests at the VIP experience will hear from an historian and the architect / builder who will each share stories to enhance your visit.

Your ticket for the House Tour Like Never Before ensures our programs, community service projects, and advocacy initiatives continue to make an impact in our community.
VIP Experience - $250
This VIP Experience includes breakfast in the home’s historic ballroom, plus speakers, including the architect and builder, sharing the history of the home, and the renovation and design process. VIP Guests will be among the first to tour the home.
Registration for the VIP Experience begins at 8:30 am, and breakfast will begin at 9 am.
Tour-Only Experience - $136
Enjoy a guided tour of the entire home and learn about the renovation and design process that led to the fabulous results.
Registration begins for the Tour-Only Experiences at 12 noon and 2 pm. Choose your time and click to reserve your spot.
- The House Tour Like Never Before is available only for NCJW/Essex members. Spouses, family members and friends are welcome if they are members. Click here to become an NCJW/Essex member.
- Space is extremely limited; RSVPs will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please plan to spend at least two hours at the House Tour Like Never Before. Each tour should take approximately 90 minutes, and you will need to leave time for parking and registration. Carpooling is highly encouraged, as parking will be on residential streets.
- This is a walking tour, up and down multiple staircases and on the grounds of the house. Please consider that when deciding if you wish to purchase a ticket.
