Cathy Silverman’s leadership and passion helped create NCJW/Essex, now Tovah – a powerful source of inspiration and help for every woman, child, and family who seeks our services. In her memory, we have created The Cathy Fund… keeping the doors open for all who need it. This special fund was created in cooperation with Cathy’s loving family. It will be an ongoing tribute to an incredible woman. Please join us in celebrating Cathy by making a gift to The Cathy Fund.
